Terms & Conditions.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Getaccio's website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company.
1. The Service
Getaccio is an AI sales-development tool. You upload prospect contacts and describe your offering; the Service researches each company, scores fit against your ICP, and drafts personalized cold emails that you review and send from your own connected mailbox. Getaccio drafts and assists; it does not independently send mail on your behalf without your action.
2. Free trial & plans
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial with usage caps (e.g., a limited number of contacts and generated pitches). After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan. Plan pricing, sending limits, and seats are set out in your contract or order; contact sales@getaccio.io. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.
3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use
You are solely responsible for the contacts you upload and the emails you choose to send. You agree that:
- You have a lawful basis to process the prospect data you upload and to contact those recipients.
- Your outreach complies with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and electronic-marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/ePrivacy) — including honoring opt-outs, identifying yourself, and not using deceptive content.
- You will not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or bulk unsolicited mail in violation of any law or of your email provider's policies.
- You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, and you will keep your credentials secure.
You connect your own mailbox for sending; you are responsible for compliance with your email provider's terms and your domain's sending reputation.
4. Your content & data
You retain all rights to the contacts, knowledge-base content, and other data you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to research companies and draft text. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending. Getaccio makes no warranty that generated research, fit scores, or email content are accurate, and you should not rely on them without verification.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Getaccio and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g., AI providers, web search, and your email provider). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any outreach will achieve any particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Getaccio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Getaccio harmless from claims arising out of your content, your outreach, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Getaccio is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email sales@getaccio.io.
